Teacher Reachard: Pham School Cambridge Kindergarten is dedicated to fostering holistic development, nurturing children’s confidence, creativity, and independence from a young age. I am especially enthusiastic that we were recently certified by Cambridge Education and are implementing the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring a high-quality learning experience that aligns with international standards.
Our approach emphasizes a balanced blend of intellectual, social, and emotional growth. By creating an engaging and supportive environment, we encourage children to explore their interests actively. We believe that education should be a journey of discovery, where all children’s unique abilities are recognized and celebrated, paving the way for lifelong learning. This philosophy lays the foundation for our students’ future success in school and beyond.
KidsOnline partnership team: During the recent graduation ceremony, your 5-year-old students confidently spoke English on stage. It’s a remarkable achievement for such young learners! How did your school prepare them for such confidence and English language mastery?
Teacher Reachard: At Pham School, we integrate English naturally into daily activities to prepare our students for public speaking. Through storytelling, songs, and interactive games, children become comfortable using the language in different contexts. Consistent exposure and encouragement from teachers foster a supportive learning atmosphere, allowing children to express themselves freely. We also organize practice sessions where students can rehearse in small groups, gradually building their confidence. This method ensures that they don’t just learn the language but also gain the self-assurance needed to communicate effectively in front of an audience. Witnessing their growth during the graduation ceremony was truly rewarding!

Teacher Reachard: Creating a safe and supportive environment is crucial for preschoolers to express themselves confidently in public settings. When children feel secure and loved, they are more likely to take risks and articulate their thoughts without fear of judgment. Encouragement from peers and educators plays a significant role in this process, allowing children to explore their voices in an affirming space. Additionally, teaching them skills like active listening and respectful communication fosters resilience. At Pham School, we prioritize developing these skills, empowering each child to embrace their individuality, which ultimately enhances their ability to speak and act confidently in front of others.
